About stained glass

1. In what field is our stained glass used?

Our stained glass is mainly used as material of tiffany style products, such as stained glass tiffany lamps, panels, screens, gift and Mosaic wall or ground decoration.

2. How to order from us?

You decide the items you would order. And let us know the item numbers and the quantity for each item. You may also send your glass picures or samples, according to which we will produce.

3. What is packing?

We pack 40 pieces of glasses in a wood box.

4. What is Minimum Order Quantity?

Our MOQ for each item is 40 pieces. But For total order below USD 1,000, we collect USD300 as handling fee and USD 200 for order below USD 2,000, becuase we keep very low profit and we have to pay customs fees for each shipment and the transportation is not economical for small order.

5. Can we send samples to chech quality before placing order?

Sure. But we require each customer to pay cost in advance for the courier cost, which will be calculated by weight. The fee may sent by T/T or paypal. Our paypal account is payment@effortinc.com .

6. How to pay for the big order?

By full T/T in advance for the amount below USD 5,000; for the larger amount, by L/C at sight or 30% T/T in advance and the balance upon scanned copy of B/L.

7. How to arrange shipping and insurance?

You may arrange by yourself. We will provide packing details including total weight and cubage. We could also arrange for you and quote cost according to cubage, amount and desitination port for final order.

8. What is our bank account for T/T payment or opening L/C?

Our head company Effort Inc. deals with signing contract, recieving payment and applying to customs ect, which has exporting right.
